This icon is positioned above the prayer candles for people to meditate upon when lighting a candle for someone.  It is called Our Lady of Perpetual Help and shows her holding Jesus in her arms, protecting him whilst the figures on either side of Jesus and Mary, the Archangels Gabriel and Michael, are carrying the instruments of Christ's Crucifixion.
