Parish Retreat 2009 @ Wydale Hall

Our retreat at Wydale Hall in 2009 will be on the weekend of September 11th – 13th. Wydale Hall is situated at the head of a valley nine miles inland from Scarborough and, as people have found from previous retreats, is a very special and holy place to be. The retreat is a silent retreat (silence is maintained in the public rooms of the house, but retreatants may speak in the grounds or in their own rooms) and is led by Fr Stephen. The draft timetable is given below. All rooms (you can choose a single or double room) have ensuite facilities and access for people with mobility difficulties is available on the ground floor and to the first floor. The cost of the retreat is £150. This includes transport to and from Lincoln, all meals and refreshments and your accommodation for the weekend. This can be paid in monthly instalments of £15 if you would like to spread the cost over the next year. Final payments must be made by the end of August 2009.
